Taco Bell wanted fans to vote to bring back one of two popular menu items. And they tasked us with finding fun ways to engage with people to remind them. So we turned to a social media platform other brands don't usually turn to...Discord. We adapted to the platform and created an adorable bot named Bot-O-Bell to get people voting.

We put out monthly reminders to get people excited for the winning product's return. We even gave BOB an AI make over as the time passed.
